Customized Nylon (PA) Color Powder
Nylon (PA) color powder is a powdery colorant specially designed for polyamide resin. Nylon is processed at high temperature of 240‑300 ℃ and prone to moisture absorption. Hence the color powder shall feature excellent thermal stability and low moisture content to avoid degradation during processing. It offers flexible color options and is ideal for small‑batch multi‑color production.
Main Applications
Automotive Industry: Engine peripheral parts, intake manifolds, fuel‑tank caps and wire‑harness connectors. Meets requirements for long‑term heat resistance and color stability. Electrical & Electronic Products: Circuit‑breaker housings, coil bobbins and plugs & sockets. Combines flame‑retardant coloring and insulating performance. Machinery & Consumer Goods: Gears, bearing retainers, zippers, combs and fishing‑reel components. Achieves color differentiation while maintaining mechanical strength.
